This transition period raises several issues for dogs: increased stress and anxiety, as well as lack of exercise and social play. In honor of National Puppy Day (March 23rd), Wag! conducted a national survey* and found that out of the 1,001 respondents, 62% percent have adopted a dog in the last two years during the pandemic. 41% of those dog parents returning to work said that they’ll miss their dogs even more than their kids or spouses.
