Bumble research reveals how the pandemic has changed dating heading into the ‘summer of love’

According to the study, the most popular reason why survey respondents enjoy going on virtual dates is that they find it safer to engage with a match virtually before meeting in person. However, that isn’t the only benefit: 1 in 3 (31%) like virtual dates because it saves them time and money, and 1 in 4 (26%) appreciate that they only have to get partially ready (“half-glam”) when going on a video date. Owner Leslie Klein was excited to celebrate the renovations of her center as well as the return of local community events to Bethesda.
