Leading Psychologist Explains Why Teaching Kids to Manage Stress is Key to Overall Wellbeing

The Chicago School of Professional Psychology

If a child is not sleeping or eating well, irritable or anxious, these could be early signs of mental health challenges ahead. “Teaching children about stress and how to manage the stress response is an important way of developing emotional intelligence, building resilience, and preventing future physical and mental health problems,” said Dr. Michele Nealon, Psy.D., President of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. “Too many children experience daily stress related to pressures at school, problems with friends, separation or divorce of parents, personal illness or that of a family member, changes in their bodies, difficulty balancing school and extracurricular responsibilities, and more. There are also residual stressors from having lived through a pandemic that we know have had a very serious impact on children’s development. And sadly, too many children live with serious chronic stress as a result of poverty, food insecurity, homelessness and violence,” she added. Dr. Nealon, a clinical psychologist and mother of two, has just written an illustrated book for primary school children, “The Amazing Four’s Very Stressful Day,” in which four friends come together to learn about stress and how to manage it. Available now at Barnes and Noble, Dr. Nealon's book taps into her wealth of knowledge and experience about stress management to give parents and caregivers a tool to help children develop stress management skills. This book is the first in a series to educate adults and children about mental health wellbeing. “Even in young children, prolonged stress can trigger a cycle of emotion-regulation challenges, which can turn into anxiety, depression and behavior problems,” she said. "Parents and caregivers play a crucial part in helping children develop effective coping mechanisms. Through early identification and the creation of a supportive environment, adults can help children develop the skills needed for mental health wellbeing.” Dr. Nealon recommends the following t o help children understand and manage their own emotions and those of others: 1. Identify stress symptoms early. These can include emotional and physical signs such as withdrawing from people, slipping grades, or frequent headaches and stomach aches. 2. Practice coping skills, such as breathing, seeking support from others and positive thinking. These have immediate benefits and can also be used long-term for combat complex issues. 3. Strengthen the parent-child relationship. When parents understand and support their child’s stress management, it can foster trust, build resilience, and instill courage and confidence. “The U.S. Surgeon General and the American Academy of Pediatrics have declared a national child mental health emergency” said Dr. Nealon, “By addressing stress early, we can mitigate circumstances that contribute to this emergency and begin the long, difficult road to turning the mental health crisis around.” # About The Chicago School of Professional Psychology: Integrating theory with hands-on experience, The Chicago School of Professional Psychology provides education rooted in a commitment to innovation, service, and community for thousands of diverse students across the United States and globally. A proxy is a computer networking mechanism serving as a mediator between you and the service you need. Mostly, this is needed for load balancing, privacy, and security, but there are also additional benefits for different spheres. Why should I use a proxy on PS4 and PS5? Here is the answer: Gaming services may request extra apps for better connectivity. A console can repeatedly ask for such an application and lag if you have no proxy service. That often happens if your WiFi is unsecured, there is data corruption, hardware problems, or the PlayStation network bans you. Proxies ensure the possibility of interruptions is minimized. Your gaming console gets an additional security shield. PlayStation never uses VPNs directly, but a proxy service with rotating IPs can help gamers circumvent geo-restrictions. So, What Is the Best Proxy Server for PS4 and PS5? Discover the top proxy server address PS4 PS5 here! All of them are different and can be more helpful for a specific game. #1 MobileHop — Best for the US Gaming Experience Overall 🥇 IPs and locations MobileHop focuses on US locations. Moreover, it is rather precise because it gives you proxies by cities. So, you can get PS4/PS5 servers for Albuquerque, Jacksonville, Idaho Falls, Las Vegas, and other cities. It recently added San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas, and Orlando. Why this service? That is the hub of PS4 and PS5 servers with the highest-quality services prioritizing US players. It does not store logs, spoofs fingerprints, and uses more mechanisms to guarantee your security. #2 Proxy-Sale — Best for Steam 🥈 IPs and locations USA Kazakhstan France Germany England Netherlands Serbia Cyprus Ireland Malta Poland Canada, and many other regions. Why is this best? Proxy-Sale ensures high PS5 connection speed, as well as for PS4 players. It has flexible prices for all locations and can be the best option for NUMEROUS games. It even has specially designed proxies for Runescape Dofus Silkroad Metin 2 Lineage 2 WoW and other games. #3 Proxy-Seller — Best for Epic Games Products 🥉 IPs and locations Europe: Switzerland Sweden Denmark Spain Italy Malta Ireland Israel Romania France Finland Latvia Lithuania Germany England Sakartvelo Chezh, and some other countries. Asia: Taiwan Armenia Cambodia China India Indonesia Iran Japan Kazakhstan Turkey UAE and some other countries. North America: USA Canada Mexico The PS4 proxy service also provides services for South Africa, Brazil, Venezuela, and Australia. Why is this the best choice? This particular PS4 proxy service is versatile and flexible in price, and it is also the greatest option for Epic Games products like Fortnite, BulletStorm, Fall Guys, Alan Wake, etc. You acquire access almost immediately after purchasing it. It also has many subnets, and you can request multiple of those. You can change your proxy for another without paying extra if you have already purchased it for a long period. #4 Smartproxy — Best for Australian Gamers 🦘 IPs and locations Smartproxy has locs for almost all countries. It provides IPs in North America, South America, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Oceania. Creating a list of those here will take the whole website. But also, SmartProxy is a rare case that works with various locations in Oceania, such as Australia Fiji Micronesia Palau Tuvalu Christmas Island French Polynesia Nauru Papua New Guinea Vanuatu Cocos Islands Guam etc. Also, you can buy proxies for particular cities. Why choose SmartProxy? Besides the 195+ locs, this PS5 and PS4 proxy server provider guarantees a 99.99% uptime and 99.47% success rate and offers 50M+ residential, mobile, and data center IPs. SmartProxy is also great when you need PS5 servers for cheap. It also has the strongest support and a great community to help you. That is yet another best option for the fastest PS5 connection speed. #5 Oxylabs — Best for the Largest Network 🌎 IPs and locations Oxylabs covers over 195 countries. Worldwide is the only word for it. Why should I use a proxy server on PS4 from Oxylabs? Oxylabs is the synonym for high-speed, boosted cybersecurity, good expertise, and responsible support. This provider offers 100M+ residential proxies and 2M+ data center proxies — all at top speed and with great performance. Oxylabs is more suitable for business but can also be the handiest gaming tool. #6 BrightData — Best for High-Speed Services 🚀 BridghtData has five stars on most review platforms but deserves the night sky. That is a reliable proxy for gaming and other purposes, and the brand also contributes a ton to charity. Using BrightData, gamers get the needed fast connectivity with security and make this world healthier. #7 HideMyName — Best Cheap Proxy for Gaming of All This tested and trusted proxy provider protects all your passwords, transactions, and other data. HideMyName has been around for a long time, shows great performance, offers many locations, and has a strong customer protection policy. #8 IPRoyal — Best for the EU Gamers 🏰 IPRoyal has many payment plans and has made gaming-optimal ones the cheapest. This universal proxy solution focuses on business needs first and foremost but can provide great security and flawless connectivity for gamers alike. Note that this provider has more locations in the EU. Yet, it also works for the US and China. #9 NetNut — Best for Protecting Your Anonymity Staying anonymous on the net is important; NetNut can help you with that like nothing else. This cheap gaming proxy ensures fast performance and 100% informational safety online. #10 Storm Proxies — Best for Free Bandwidth 👍 Storm Proxies is another all-in-one service you can use for gaming. Moreover, the brand has created special services for gamers. Its wide bandwidth is 100% free! Furthermore, this best free proxy server has fast speeds and good support. Free Proxies VS Paid: Can a Free Proxy Carry You? 🤔 Free proxy servers are a popular consideration. Moreover, such apps and IP rotators can be costly, which does not help when a PS game already costs $50 and more. Like, excuse me, $30 for a security-boosting app when Dead Space is already $69.99, and Elden Ring is $59.99? Na, ima get a free proxy... The thing is, I do not recommend using even the best free proxy server. The so-called best free proxy app can be seemingly functional and helpful. Yet, practice shows that such tools usually have technical issues and only pretend to secure your device from digital threats. Moreover, the potentially best free proxy server will still have a lower speed than a paid one. Suppose you want a cool game and have two options: buy a licensed version or pirate it. You feel this difference, right? Sticking to the safest options is better, even when costly. Final Words 👋😀 Have you found the best proxy service for your needs? I hope yes! Stay safe, enjoy your gaming sessions, and may your PS always be protected! Best of luck! Contact Details Proxy Bros Nick +1 929-491-3157 Company Website

FEC Sued for Failure to Act on Massive Michael Bloomberg Campaign Finance Violation

Great America PAC

The Federal Election Commission has been sued to compel it to act on an administrative complaint filed against Michael Bloomberg’s 2020 campaign - more than three years ago. The lawsuit was filed today in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by Dan Backer on behalf of Great America PAC. Backer has a long history of winning FEC battles, including a 6-figure fine against Hillary for America and the Democratic National Committee for lying about their funding of the Russia hoax. The original Complaint against Michael Bloomberg (included as an Exhibit to the filing today) challenged the billionaire’s unprecedented violation of campaign finance law in which he laundered over $18 million of his personal funds through his short-lived presidential campaign account to the DNC—effectively contributing over 500 times the legal limit to a national political party committee and quite possibly tipping the balance of the 2020 presidential election. After sitting on their thumbs for 3 years – without any dispute as to the facts – the lawsuit seeks to force action before the FEC lets the statute of limitations run out. The lawsuit states in part, “…Despite the fact Michael Bloomberg has publicly admitted the material facts of his illegal scheme, the FEC has remained characteristically inert for the past three years, failing to initiate enforcement action against Bloomberg or the DNC…” “The Supreme Court, since 1976, has held that candidates can spend unlimited amounts of their own money on their own campaigns. The FEC allows candidates to deposit their money into their campaign accounts to make that happen. While campaigns can generally transfer unlimited amounts of campaign contributions they receive – from other donors - to national party committees, it didn’t create an $18 million loophole for Mike Bloomberg,” explained Dan Backer. “Federal election law allowed an individual to only contribute up to $35,500 per year to a political party – and that same limit applies to Mike Bloomberg’s transferred money. It is shameful that the FEC has allowed the “Bloomberg Billionaire Loophole” to remain unaddressed for more than three years.” “There were lots of ways Michael Bloomberg could spend more of his money that were clearly legal – including through his pet SuperPAC - but unless the FEC or courts rule otherwise this isn’t one of them. That is why we are forced to sue them, again,” Backer continued. “It shouldn’t be this easy to just buy off a political party.” “Former President Trump is beset upon by radical leftists for every imagined slight – but Michael Bloomberg has caused real damage to our campaign finance system, to the tune of $18 MM, and we’re not going to let them get away without some accountability,” Backer said. ### For more information or to interview Dan Backer please contact Gabriel Llanes at Contact Details Great America PAC Gabriel Llanes +1 786-522-7364 Company Website
